A folder of loose page images (001.jpg, 002.png, and so on) is how a lot of manga ends up on disk. But a Kindle can't read a folder. The pages need to be packaged into a proper e-book with a fixed reading order before an e-reader will treat them as a book.
The tool below takes one file per upload: a single image converts directly, and for a full chapter the fastest route is to select the images, compress them into a ZIP (built into Windows and macOS), and upload that. Every page is fitted to a 6-inch Kindle screen and packaged into a fixed-layout EPUB. The MangaSendr web app works the same way: zip the pages, drop the ZIP, and it's sized for your Kindle and emailed to it.
With a free account, pages are sized for your Kindle model and sent straight to it. You don't need a card, and there's nothing to install.
Questions
Can I upload a whole folder of images at once?
The free tool takes one file per upload, so for a full chapter compress the images into a ZIP first (on macOS, right-click and choose Compress; on Windows, right-click and choose Send to, then Compressed (zipped) folder) and upload the ZIP. The MangaSendr web app also expects a ZIP or CBZ rather than a loose folder.
Which image formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, and WebP, as single files or inside a CBZ or ZIP archive, up to 200 MB per upload.
How do I keep the pages in the right order?
Pages go in file-name order, with numbers read as numbers, so page2 comes before page10. Name the files so that order matches the book, for example 001, 002, 003.
