MangaSendr respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page describes how to file a takedown notice if you believe content was processed through our service in a way that infringes your copyright, and how to respond if you believe your own content was affected by mistake.
MangaSendr is a file conversion and delivery service. Users upload files from their own devices, and we convert and deliver those files to the user's registered Kindle or other e-reader. We do not host a catalog of content and we do not make user uploads available to other users.
Uploaded files are stored temporarily to complete conversion and delivery, then purged automatically within 24 hours. Because we are a user-directed conversion service, a valid takedown notice will result in us (a) purging any in-flight upload we are still processing and (b) enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy against the responsible account.
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent authorized to act on one's behalf) and you believe that a MangaSendr user has processed your copyrighted work without authorization, please send a written notice to our designated agent. The notice must include all of the following (modeled on the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
Incomplete notices may be rejected. Notices submitted in bad faith (including those you know to be materially inaccurate) may subject you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Until we complete formal registration of our designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, please send DMCA notices to the email address below. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and take appropriate action in a timely manner.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable law, MangaSendr has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
